Before proceeding to the booking system found below, we ask that you take the time to familiarise yourself with the information we have provided throughout our website. These pages have important information that will help to ensure you get the most out of your Ryze experience and will assist you in planning your visit.


  • All who are participating MUST watch and properly understand the Safety Video and Rules.
  • We advise all of our customers to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight time. This will allow you enough time to -

Step 1:

Complete a risk acknowledgement form at our on-site 'Risk Acknowledgment Stations' for anyone who does not already have one.

You can skip this step by completing all necessary forms online prior to arrival. If you are booking a party then printing out and completing our paper version of this form will help speed up your parties check-in upon arrival. Please see our 'Parties' page for more details.

Step 2: 

Check-in at the front desk.

You can speed up the time it takes to check-in by booking your tickets online prior to arrival. During our peak times (Fri-Sun & School Holidays) we can only guarantee spaces to customers who have booked in advance.

Step 3: 

Participate in a safety briefing prior to entering our activity arena.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants MUST receive a safety briefing before they are permitted entry (even if you have been before). Our safety briefings begin 15 minutes prior to each scheduled session.

We are not responsible for time lost due to late arrival or lack of signed risk acknowledgement form(s).

Risk Acknowledgement Forms

  1. All participants MUST have a valid signed risk acknowledgement form before they are permitted entry into the park arena.
    • Anyone under the age of 16 must have this form signed by one of the following:
      legal guardian
      responsible adult aged 21+ (with the parent/legal guardian of the participants' permission to sign on their behalf)
  2. Risk Acknowledgement Forms can be completed in two ways and can be completed either on our website prior to arrival or at our Risk Acknowledgement Station when you arrive at the facility.

RYZE is a fun action-packed, physical, action sports experience!
All our parks and equipment are designed, manufactured and installed by professionals and whilst safe, the key word here is “ACTION”, and with all action sports there is high risk of injury.
We are NOT a soft play centre or gym - please always exercise caution and ALWAYS follow our rules when using the equipment. Always use the equipment within your skill-set so you have more control.

A good way to measure any piece of equipment is to look at it and “If in doubt miss it out!”

Trampolining can...

  • Make you feel energetic and full of life!
  • Improve balance and stability
  • Stimulate your metabolism
  • Increase the body's capacity of oxygen
  • Increase the circulation of oxygen to the body's tissues
  • Improve lymph circulation (containing white blood cells)
  • Improve cardiovascular health (strengthens the heart)
  • Improve muscle tone

Cardio Fitness

Trampolining for 10 minutes provides the equivalent benefits to a 30 minute run. Studies show that trampolining for 10 minutes is 68% more effective than a 33 minute cardiovascular workout - trampolining also stimulates cardiovascular flow in a way that is beneficial for ridding the body of waste and toxins.

Mental Health

Trampolining can aid in fighting anxiety, depression and stress, as it increases endorphin release by the brain, which trigger positive feelings! Studies have shown that regular trampoline sessions can also help relaxation and sleeping patterns, giving you more energy when you need it.

Muscle Health

Regular trampoline sessions improve your posture and general muscle health. British Trampoline Coach John Beer says "Your core-stability muscles are almost constantly engaged to keep you stable and balanced, meaning a tauter, stronger stomach and lower back." Trampolining can also reduce your percentage body fat, and improve tone and suppleness in the muscles!

Mobility and Rehabilitation

Trampolining reduces the risk of injury to joints (such as ankles and knees) when compared to ground-level sports, as mats and padding absorb up to 80% of the shock from the rebound. For people with lower mobility or for those undergoing rehabilitation this is highly beneficial.

Coordination and Agility

Trampolining increases balance and co-ordination. You are able to learn to control the position of your body by coordinating the arms and legs whilst bouncing. Regular trampolining is therefore useful when participating in other sports which require hand-eye and general co-ordination.


The Immune System

Regular trampoline activity can increase the body's metabolic rate, and so increases its ability to burn calories efficiently. Cells in the body actually become stronger which improves immune cell activity,which means you have a decreased chance of becoming ill!

But don't take our word for it - come along and see for yourself!



Jumping on a trampoline can be great fun but it can also be dangerous. There is a risk of serious injury if care is not taken when using the trampolines. Using trampolines is physically demanding and involves jumping and other strenuous actions involving height, speed and unpredictable surfaces. Jumping on trampolines is a high impact, full body activity which requires intense focus, awareness of your body's strengths and limitations, awareness of the environment around you and extreme caution at all times.

  • Only jump is you are in good physical condition
  • Do not jump is you have any pre-existing medical conditions including heart, back, neck, bone or muscle conditions
  • Do not jump if you are or may be pregnant
  • Do not attempt to use any of the activity equipment unless you have registered to participate, undertaken the safety briefing and signed a Risk Acknowledgement Form (if you are under 16 years of age, your form must be completed by a parent or guardian)
  • Before jumping loosen up with warn up exercises and stretches
  • If you get tired please leave the arena and take a break
  • Always remain in control. Be aware how to bend your knees to control or stop your bounce
  • Practice first before moving around the arena
  • Always plan your landings before jumping
  • Always jump and land in the centre of the trampolines
  • Never jump on or near the coloured pads
  • Do not exit the trampolines by 'bouncing' off onto the surrounding walkways
  • Make sure you have contol before leaving the trampolines
  • Always jump so you land on both feet at the same time. Never land with just one foot
  • Know your limits. Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
  • Never attempt flips or other extreme moves unless you know you are capable and have had the appropriate training
  • Do not attempt double flips or triple flips even if you are capable
  • Do not jump or flip over other participants
  • Strictly no double bouncing! (Do not attempt to propel someone else higher by timing a jump as the other person lands. This may occur on one of the larger trampoline pads with others in close proximity. Avoid simultaneous jumping)
  • Only one person is allowed at a time on a single square trampoline (10ft x 10ft). More than one person is allowed on larger trampolines, however there is an increased risk of injury from using trampolines with other participants
  • Look out for other jumpers and give way to smaller ones
  • Never run across trampolines
  • No wrestling, tackling, pushing or shoving
  • No climbing on the trampolines or the padding
  • No leaning, grabbing or climbing on the netting
  • No sitting or lying down on the trampolines or the padding
  • Remove all items from your pockets prior to jumping
  • All jewellery, watches, keys, keychains, coins or similar are to be removed before jumping
  • Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points (such as buckles, studs, toggles etc)
  • No phones or cameras on the trampolines
  • no food, drink or chewing gum allowed in the arena
  • Do not leave clothing on the jump arena, use the lockers provided
  • Approved antislip socks must be worn at all times or bare feet, however, we recommend the use of gripper socks
  • No jumping under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Always follow the Flight Crew's instructions. Dangerous behaviour is not tolerated and you could be asked to leave
  • Maximum weight restriction is 22 stone.
  • Additonal Rules apply to additional activities - ensure you familiarise yourself with the activity rules prior to use
  • Strictly no gainers
  • Do not slide down the angled trampolines, friction burns may occur!
  • No headstands/static manoeuvres i.e. bridges/crabs/walkovers
  • No Knee Drops allowed! You can land on both hands and knees at the same time, but never drop onto your knees alone as this can increase the risk of injury to your lower back
  • Children should never be assisted up to an obstacle. If you an't reach it, don't use it
  • One person at a time on the Obstblok. Be aware of your surroundings and others who may be approaching the block
  • Do not land on your stomach or head!
  • When on the Obstablok, do not bounce on it. It offers no 'bounce' and can damage the springs underneath
  • If you are attempting to 'clear' the Obstablok in one bounce, be wary of the trampoline you are aiming for, ensure there are no jumpers in front of you and always land on your feet


  • Standard park rules apply
  • Only one person at a time on the launch deck
  • No not step onto the launch deck until the person before you has climbed out of the foam pit
  • Do not jump until  the foam pit is clear
  • Do not hold onto the side rail when jumping
  • Only ever jump into the foam pit feet first
  • Land on your feet, back or bottom
  • Do not jump or dive head first into the foam pit - this can cause injuries to the back and neck
  • Do not land on your knees on the foam pit - this can cause injuries to the back
  • Do not 'tuck your knees up' or 'curl up' as this could cause your knees to hit your face when landing
  • Exit the foam pit as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point
  • Do not bury yourself or others in the foam pit
  • Do not remove or throw the foam blocks


  • Standard park rules apply
  • Only one person at a time per lane
  • Do not jump until the person in front of you has left and the foam pit is clear
  • Do not jump or dive head first into the foam pit - this can cause injuries to the back and neck
  • Only ever jump into the foam pit feet first
  • Land on your feet, back or bottom
  • Do not land on your knees in the foam pit - this can cause injuries to the back
  • Do not 'tuck your knees up' or 'curl up' as this could cause your knees to hit your have when landing
  • Do not bury yourself or other in the foam pit
  • Do not remove or throw the foam blocks
  • No gainers!
  • Do not attempt double or triple flips
  • When performing manoeuvres on the waterfall trampolines, do not jump on the red end line. There is no 'bounce' on this line and landing here increases chance of injury
  • When exiting the pit do not climb back onto the trampolines you must exit to the back or side


  • Standard park rules apply
  • Do not jump until the person in front of you has left and the trampoline is clear
  • No grabbing or hanging off the hoop, backboard or support bars
  • No jumping or dunking from behind the backboard
  • No kicking the balls
  • No cross-over dunks!
  • No headshots!
  • Stay on your tack. Do not cross lanes
  • Exit the jump area as quickly as possible by the nearest exit point
  • Do not remove or throw balls out of the basketball activity area



  • Standard park rules apply
  • Do not stand or jump onto the balls
  • No headshots!
  • Stay on your side of the court - Do not cross the centre line
  • Keep it friendly and polite
  • Do not remove or throw the balls out of the dodgeball court
  • Avoid collisions with other jumpers
  • No sitting or lying on the mats
  • No rough play of any kind!
  • No climbing the trampoline walls, netting or chain link fence
  • No kicking the balls


  • Start each game with an even amount of players
  • You may deflect a shot with a ball in your hands
  • No holding a ball for longer than 10 seconds
  • You are out if:
    1. You step on or over the centre-line
    2. A thrown ball hits your body
    3. You throw a live ball and it is caught by an opponent
    4. You hit an opponent on the head with a ball
  • Once out, you need to wait until the game is finished before you can re-enter
  • Remember when you hear the whistle, pay attention to instructions from the Flight Crew

Please ensure you maintain a safe distance between yourself and other users

Only one person at a time is allowed on the single square trampolines (10ft x 10ft) in Open Jump. If you are bouncing towards a trampoline and another user is either on that trampoline or heading towards it, you must stop and wait until it is clear to move on.

More than one person at a time is allowed on the larger trampolines, however, there is an increased risk of injury from using a trampoline with other participants. If you choose to use the larger trampolines you acknowledge these trampolines may also be used by other participants at the same time as you.


  • Supervising adults need to keep a close eye on KidJumpers at all times, helping them stay safe by following the safety rules. Adults can interact with KidJumpers however remember this is a session tailored towards young children and not adults.
  • Adults can move freely around the park and if you want to engage with the children in your care then you can go onto the trampoline and hold hands with your child and gently move the trampoline up and down however the adult's feet must NEVER leave the trampoline surface, i.e. no bouncing.
  • Adults may use the foam pits to demonstrate to the children in their care how to use the pit as long as it is still following the 1 participant at a time rule, i.e. you must wait for the person before you to exit the foam pit before you jump in.
  • We ask that expectant mothers remain on the side decking and refrain from walking onto the trampoline area as these surfaces are unstable.
  • For health and safety reasons the minimum age restriction for the KidJump session is 2 years old. Any child under this age is prohibited from using any of the park equipment and if present during the session, must be in a child carrier or in the supervising adults arms and remain on the side decking at all times. Under 2's cannot be carried over the trampolines or into the foam pit.
  • to avoid slipping, all KidJumpers and adults wishing to go on the trampolines must either wear trampoline gripper socks or go barefoot. We recommend grip socks, you can buy these at the check-in desk upon arrival.
  • We do not permit outdoor shoes in the park arena for health and hygiene reasons, and these must be removed before entering the park arena.
  • All shoes, bags and other personal belongings must be stored in our on-site lockers and prams must remain in the lobby area for fire safety reasons. If you have a detachable seat however, then please feel free to take this in with you (remember that these cannot be carried over the equipment and must remain onthe side decking at all times).
  • One person at a time per small square trampoline. There are plenty to go around so make sure you have a whole trampoline to yourself. This goes for the Obstablok too - wait your turn until the last person has jumped off. Also, please don't sit or lie down on the trampolines as you might be jumped on!
  • Ensure that you try and bounce on the middle of the trampolines and avoid jumping near the edges, or on the coloured safety pads. Make sure you look around you at all times, so you don't bump into any other KidJumpers near you.
  • In the foam pit, always wait your turn. The person before you must have fully climbed out before you jump in. Once in the foam pit try to exit as quickly as possible ensuring that you exit out the side of the pit. Don't climb back onto the trampolines to exit the pit. Same rules apply to adults.
  • Dodgeball is great fun to practice your throw and catch but please don't throw the balls at anyone's head - this is sore! Our dodgeballs are like basketball so make sure you just throw them and no kicking!
  • You will find specific safety rules next to each activity - make sure you read these before use.
  • We don't allow any food, drink or chewing gum in the arena. Bouncing is thirsty work though so if you need a drink, there is a water fountain located in the arena and an on-site café upstairs.
  • Our friendly Flight Crew in black and white stripes are there to keep you safe - if they call you over, don't worry, just listen to what they have to tell you.
